Fresh nectarine and melon aromas are brightened by suggestions of honeysuckle and lemon pith

where the slightly high-pitched fruit plays out nicely

where it ferments and the yeasts that have intervened in the fermentation in the barrel remain

The medium to full-bodied palate is filled with black fruit preserves and loads of spicy accents
