Basket Weaving - 2 sessions notions_knitting gaugesMakers of all skill levels can dip their toes into weaving without getting overwhelmed by looms and tools. Made with a coiled and wrapped basketweaving technique, this will be a launching point for so many other basket designs you may want to explore. This workshop is two sessions long so you have time to play with color and repeats since every part of the basket is wrapped. Each student will have enough supplies for 3 baskets of varying sizes.

Materials Needed:

: 4 oz / 113 g (400 yards / 272 meters)

enough yarn for a pair of mitts - yardage is based on weight of yarn and hand size (if you are worried about how much you will need please ask one of our craft associates for assistance)
