The Grapes used to make this old vine zinfandel are sourced from vineyards all across California and from vines up to 130 years old producing a full bodied

balancing its signature high acidity with a creamy mouthfeel from extended lees aging

with characteristic herbal notes and green pear through to a clean finish

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and there is a minimum ageing in the cellar of 30 months before dégorgement

Not so much of it made in 2020 (as with a lot of Burgundy) but we managed to get some on allocation
