Andremilly EABA 2021 Red Bordeaux BlendThe 2021 EABA is based on 63% Syrah, 21% Mourvdre, 15% Grenache, and the rest Viognier and saw a slightly longer levage, spending 31 months in 60% new oak. Exotic red and black fruits, ground pepper, violets, bouquet garni, sandalwood, and some gamey, meaty notes all emerge on the nose, and this beauty is full bodied, has a concentrated, layered mouthfeel and incredible length. This is one of only a handful of wines made on the Tuscan Coast that has managed to interpret the vintage in such an excellent manner
and has a silky texture like grape wine without any viscous heaviness
