These hardy perennials grow in my Colorado high alpine garden. I love them for their umbrella shaped flowers that turn into hundreds of little seeds at the season's end. The deer hate them, so they don't eat them either, another plus! Cyanotypes are one of photography's oldest printing

I loved juxtaposing the hard-edged architectural rectangles with the loose fluid drips

I also like to create that focused direction in my artwork

I love how I was able to save them by turning them into a cyanotype

Though leafless from its trials

I love them for their colorful blooms that last all summer long
