Nose: Smoky and toasted, with some notes of burnt bread and Provence herbs. Develops on strong tea, and cocoa powder, and also some mocha. Mouth: Starts more classically, on orange marmalade and chocolate. Develops on cake, getting rather spicy (cinnamon), strong coffee The finish is a little bitter but in a nice way.
