This is attributed to good strong winter and heavy spring rains coupled with low temperatures. This Pinot Noir is a clear ruby coloured wine of medium intensity. View Tasting Note

Aroma: Full

with hints of citrus tart

elderflower in particular

well more 'Cabernet like'

cherries and five-spice

the French call it Trousseau and the Spanish call it Merenzao

We’ve sourced our fruit from Mt Jagged in the Fleurieu Peninsula

Bastardo is a great name for a grape
