Dalmore 35yr old ABV: 40% Longrow Springbank2016 marks 50 years in whisky for Master Distiller Richard Paterson, a milestone also marked by a number of special releases of The Dalmore. This 35 year old has been careful maturation in three different woods over the 35 year period to release the full potential of this whisky, it was matured in Bourbon, Matusalem Sherry and Colheita Port casks. Presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter bottle, the stag is produced by Royal Warrant holding Scottish

sherry and a wisp of smoke

PALATE: Cedarwood

cocoa dark chocolate and touches of peat

chocolate ice-cream and sherry soaked raisins

spicy with honeyed sweetness and oak

The rum is lighter in body and more delicate than traditional dark spiced rums

NOSE: Fruity and elegant

ginger snaps dusted with cinnamon and vanilla creaminess

crumbly pastry and lots of brown sugar
