Casa Mexico Silver Tequila AmaroneProduced with fully mature blue agave, handpicked from the mineral rich red clay soils of the Highlands in Jalisco, Mxico. We cook the pias in brick ovens for two days, then crush them in the tahona mill. The juice is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills.
