No starter motor; no oil filter. This 3" electric start belt drive is designed to be used on 70 78 Shovelhead models with the ratchet top type 4 speed transmission; with rear chain only. Modifications are necessary to install this kit. Amongst others: When fitted to FX models; the oil tank bracket must be cut to allow proper fitment of the starter. On FL models this modification is not necessary. On both FL; FX models
