The grapes were picked and immediately whole cluster pressed into tanks. Primary fermentation took around 10 days to complete, and the various tanks were combined

Mellow flavors of apples and pears are topped by a hint of citrus and honeysuckle

brightened with persistent fruit notes and a minerality that gives this wine a very pleasant freshness
